      Send us also a photo of your face alongside your ID card, i.e. hold your ID card next to your face when taking this photo.

      If the address on the document is different from the address you registered at PokerStrategy.com, then please attach a proof of residence. This can be for example a bill (gas, electricity, telephone,...) or bank statement addressed to you.

      You can be assured that the information sent will be treated confidentially and only used in context of the short ID-Check.

      Странно наистина. На пръв поглед изглежда като че ли не пращаш документите от имейл адреса, с който си се регистрирал в сайта и затова не могат да се проверят от системата им.
      Ако случаят е такъв, просто ги прати от въпросия имейл адрес. Ако досега си ги пращал от него, пиши тук и ще ескалейтнем ситуацията до отдела.

      От него ги пращам. Ей сега и 3ти път ще ги пратя. А ти ако може поразпитай какъв е проблема. Защото единия ги получава другия не.

      Аз накарах отдела за клиенти да ти помогне още в понеделник, защото кореспонденцията не беше неясна и те са се свързали с теб. Поискали са ти снимка, в която държиш личната си карта близо до лицето си. Ако си я изпратил и всичко е наред, моля изчакай до 48 часа и капиталът ти ще бъде преведен.

      Малко ми се струва това прекалено със снимката до лицето като в затвора X( X( ... ама както и да е пратих им вчера

      Аз го намирам за приемливо. Все пак компанията дава $50 на добра воля и не е зле да знае на кого. Не е на личностна основа. :)

      Скоро ще получиш капитала, надявам се вече добре си прочел статиите за начален статус.
